Hi,
Zimbra uses Amavisd as a content filter. In general unfiltered email arrives to amavisd at port 10024 (Postfix will send all incoming email to port 10024) and amavisd will call clamav (antivirus) and perform SpamAssassin classification (antispam) before returning control back to postifx (on port 10025) for delivery.
10024 Port >> Amavis to communicate with Postfix
10026 Port for configuring Amavis policies
10025 Port >> To communicate back with Postfix from amavis.
NOQUEUE >> mentioned in the logs means no queue id is assigned yet by amavis
You can refer to following url for more information about amavis and its flow:-
