Hi,

After entering the password, IMAP starts working or not ?

Verify if IMAP/Pop3 is enabled or not for the respective account.

# zmprov ga user@domain.com zimbraImapEnabled zimbraPop3Enabled

You can check authentication related logs in /opt/zimbra/logs/audit.log

If above doesn't help Please mention the output of following:-

zcs version
# zmcontrol -v >> To check ZCS version
# netstat -tulpn
# Any error/warning in audit.log and mailbox.log related to imap for that account.
