I have a client having issues with her password. I reset the password in Zimbra but when I try to log in on webmail it's not working. I backed up all emails via webmail, deleted the account and recreated but still no change. There are several domains on the server only one is having this problem. I have attached a screenshot of what is happening. The password policy is: at least 2 capital letters, at least 2 digits, 1 or 2 symbols and it must not be less than 8 characters. How do I resolve this? The client needs to use it as it's a business email. The domain is fine, will expire next year.
