You can try using Zimbra’s zmmailbox command to search by the Postfix ID (which is usually logged), but Zimbra doesn’t directly map Postfix queue ID to the message ID. A better approach might be parsing the zimbra.log or using the REST API to list recent messages for the user and link to the newest one.
