I suspect one of those is set to send to the email address you are seeing. Often when someone originally installs Zimbra they accept the domain name that gets suggested which is the FQDN, so with Zimbra that admin@fqdn will be created. Later they might add the real domain they want to use, but those accounts and original domain are still there. You could change those to a different (valid) admin email address, that you can log into a look to see what those are. Note if an admin mailbox has gotten too big, you can empty the Inbox like this...

zmmailbox -z -m admin@host.domain.ext emptyFolder /Inbox
