Administrators • [Solved] Zimbra server not responding

Hi,

I recently installed a zimbra server (zcs-NETWORK-10.0.0_GA_4518 with trial license) on a vm in order to evaluate it.
It worked as expected for few days.

Then I had to evaluate other software and left that vm alone without touching it (or even using it) for a week.
The vm (in proxmox) wasn't suspended, it was running, even if no one was accessing it.
Today I needed to take screenshots for my final report (I'm pretty convince this is the solution we're looking for) but I had a surprised instead.

When trying to sign in as a user, the webmail kept saying I have no license.
So I signed in the admin interface and saw that the license is still valid for the next 42 days.

But there was another notification about some services not running.
When checking in the interface, I see this alarming report:

So I've logged into the server (Almalinux 8.9, RHEL8) and asked the demon about it:

I'm not really sure of what's happening here.
I can't access the zimbra services, I receive error messages when browsing the admin interface.
Manually restarting with zmcontrol, or even rebooting the vm didn't solve the issue.
I don't know which of the many logs in /opt/zimbra/log are relevant.

That thing is scaring me.
Please, help.
