Migration • Migration of physical server

Hi all,
My actual server is Release 9.0.0.GA.4178.UBUNTU20.64 UBUNTU20_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 9.0.0_P38
/opt/zimbra size is around 750 Go and NG backup size is 500 Go
I have to migrate to another server, but I would like every mails to be in the new server at migration time, in order to have no problems with client synchronization.
Documentations seem quiet old, but I tried https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_NG_ ... _NG_Backup

1/ I synchronize backup repository, but when importing a second time, all mails are twice, so new /opt/zimbra was more than 1,2 To
Is it possible to check existing mail while importing ?

2/ I tried second option with rsync on /opt/zimbra https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/How_to_mov ... her_server
As the production as to be up during preparation, I've some lock on data/ldap/mdb/db/data.mdb and ehcache-disk-store.data files
I exclude them to copy other files, and thought to include them only on real migration.
The problem is that i estimate 25 hours for copy
data.mdb is 80 Go, so It will need more than 2 hours just for this file at last copy

3/ I've seen https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zmmboxmove
Maybe it's an option to move one mailbox at a time... But it needs many manual operation... and both servers in production at same time.

I don't really know what is the best option to reduce the impact, first one seems good at the beginning, but if it imports mails twice, maybe mail id change and this can have an impact for Outlook client?

Thanks in advance for your help

Thomas
