Administrators • Outlook 2013 send receive error after upgrade to zimbra 8.8.15 Patch 45

Hi,
we already upgrade out mail server zimbra , my zimbra version now is :

zimbra@mail:~$ zmcontrol -v
Release 8.8.15.GA.4179.UBUNTU20.64 UBUNTU20_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P45.

before, i'm using zimbra version :
zimbra version is : Release 8.8.15_GA_3869.RHEL7_64_20190917004220 RHEL7_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P17.

after my zimbra upgraded , some our user which using windows 7 and ms office 2013, can not send and receive email,
the error message like below :

Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'

Sending' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'

and zimbra log is like below :

is there any solutions to solve this problem ?

and the other problem :

akses through webmail is blank , not showing anything except header " from and to, and attachment file (if any)

noted: for email body blank i'm using this work around ( from this forum )

Please advice .
