Hi folks,
we are fighting a problem (with zimbrasupport) for month now. Every time when we reply or forward an email via Webclient, after a short time of writing the answer/forward, the error "no such parts exist" pops up. After that we are unable to continue to write or send the email.
After numerous contacts / emails / remote sessions with the zimbrasupport, they told us, that the missing installation of only office org during the initial setup of our zimbraserver is causing the issue. Now we have 2 options to install a separate Only Office Org server, or do an install during the upgrade of Zimbra to the next point-release.
Don't get me wrong. I think the support is great, but I cannot find a single reference that Only Office Org is mandatory for a Zimbraserver-Installation and crucial for Webmail to work.
So question to you all: Do you all have Onlyofficeorg installed on your single-Zimbraserver (only one server running) to make Webmail work (Relase Daffodil), or is your Webmail working flawlessly without the installation of Only Office Org?
For us Webmail is nearly unuseable cause of this problem.
