We are using ZCS 9 series and we are using a 3rd party support provider for a system we utilize (not email related), but their system sends emails only to the people that created the ticket and frequently our people neglect to copy us in IT. Is there any way to have ZCS force add a recipient to any email sent to their domain?
For example, for any user in our system, if they send an email to any address at "3rdpartysupportgroup.com" that it forcefully adds "internalIT@ourdomain.com" in the cc if it did not already exist?
