Anybody else seeing this?
Mac Mail on an Mac laptop/workstation connected to Zimbra as an Exchange account with an Application-Specific password (2FA enabled on the account). New emails arriving in Zimbra populate OK in Mac Mail. Emails deleted from ZWC or an iPhone reflect OK in Mac Mail. Emails deleted in Mac Mail reflect OK in ZWC and on an iPhone, but are not removed from the mail folder in Mac Mail and are still readable. Purging the folder of deleted items in Mac Mail makes no difference. Observed on both 10.0.9 and 10.1.1.
On the 10.0.9 environment, I deleted the Exchange account from Mac Mail; deleted the Device from Zimbra Registered Devices (which had shown NaaN as the last sync), created a new Application-Specific password, and created a new Exchange account on the laptop. Initial sync OK, but same behavior observed.
Not an issue with Mac Mail connected to Microsoft 365, and was working OK on 10.0.8.
Already opened Case 01717813. If you see the same behavior, please reference this case.
Thanks,
Mark
