I have an Oracle Linux Server (ver. 8 UEK Release 6) with Zimbra Open Source (ver. 8.8.15_GA4464.FOSS) installed in a production server.
I am aware that I need to upgrade it to ver. 10, something that will be done soon.
Until I will upgrade the server, I have one issue I am unable to solve. One mailbox, being configured in Microsoft Outlook (classic) on a Windows 11 Pro PC gives me trouble syncing.
I have set it up as IMAP with correct settings.
Mainly, Outlook fails to sync the entire content of Inbox, Sent and few other folders. Moreover, sometime, it does not download/notify of new emails. I know about this because keeping Zimbra Webmail I see mail being delivered to this mailbox while Outlook does not even know the existence of it.
I tried to install and configure Mozilla Thunderbird. Everything is perfectly syncing. It works perfectly.
This is the only hints I can give you, taken from Outlook logs:
Please note that I altered the following fields: name and IP address of the server
