If you still have the showq permission error after adding zimbra to the postdrop group, check this folder permissions (it contains the socket file that postqueue needs to use) :

drwx------ 2 postfix postdrop 7 Sep 12 03:34 /opt/zimbra/data/postfix/spool/public//

then fix with:

chmod g+rx /opt/zimbra/data/postfix/spool/public/
